You can configure the actions from the Wacom settings. Yes, you can press either the bottom or the top of the switch to perform two different actions. Is the button dual action (like a rocker switch). It wouldn't have been sticky when it first rolled off the production line all those years ago. I don't think there's any way to solve this. Old plastics and rubbers degrade over time and end up with a sticky feeling as the plasticisers seep out. What operating system are you using and what driver did you download? But in Pen mode the pad is mapped 1:1 with the screen and you don't need to "pick up and drag" when you hit the edge of the pad like you would with a mouse. Is your driver maybe non-functional and you're stuck in mouse mode? It would indeed be annoying in mouse mode, because you'd have to move the pen far away from the pad in order to "lift the mouse" to pick it up and start dragging again from the other side of the pad. Isn't this a good thing? This lets you see where your cursor will end up when you touch the tip to the pad to start drawing. Let them know if it worked, say 'thank you', and give them an upvote!
